This platform is strictly for users aged 18 and above. Registration by anyone underage is strictly prohibited, and any accounts found violating this will be terminated immediately.

2. Account Creation, Security & User Responsibilities

Account Registration

Each user is permitted to register only one account. Multiple accounts by the same individual are prohibited. Information submitted during registration—including name, phone number, and bank details—must be accurate, complete, and updated if any changes occur.

Password Security

Users are fully responsible for the security of their passwords and all activities carried out on their accounts. magnum888 will never request your password through any communication channel. Any suspicious activity should be reported to customer support immediately.

General User Responsibilities

  • Not using the platform for any illegal purposes.
  • Not using software or automated methods to access or exploit the platform.
  • Not sharing your account or allowing third parties to use it.
  • Not attempting to manipulate the system, games, or outcomes on the platform.
  • Complying with all terms related to gaming, betting, deposits, and withdrawals.

3. Payments, Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the magnum888 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The platform accepts deposits through approved payment methods including TNG eWallet, FPX, and internet banking via licensed financial institutions in Malaysia.

Deposit

Minimum deposit limits and related conditions are displayed in the platform Wallet section. Deposits are credited to your account balance after system verification. magnum888 is not responsible for delays caused by banking institutions or third-party payment service providers.

Withdrawal

Withdrawal requests are processed according to the platform’s current policies. Withdrawals can only be made to verified bank accounts registered under the same user name on the platform. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. Processing times depend on the involved banking institutions and are usually completed within the timeframe specified by the platform.

Fraud & Abuse

Any fraudulent attempts, money laundering, or misuse of payment systems will result in immediate account suspension and further appropriate action. magnum888 reserves the right to withhold any account balance suspected of involvement in fraudulent activities until investigations are complete.

4. Account Suspension, Closure & Liability Limits

Reasons for Suspension or Closure

Magnum888 reserves the right to suspend or close user accounts without prior notice under the following circumstances:

  • Violation of any provision of these terms and conditions.
  • Fraud, attempted fraud, or suspicious activities.
  • Multiple accounts registered by the same user.
  • False or inaccurate registration information.
  • Abuse of promotions, bonuses, or platform systems.
  • Instructions from relevant authorities.

Platform Liability Limits

Magnum888 is not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential losses suffered by users arising from use or inability to use the platform, including technical interruptions, system failures, or delays in transaction processing beyond the platform’s control.

This platform is provided "as is" without any implied warranties. Users access the platform at their own risk and are responsible for ensuring their use complies with applicable laws in their jurisdiction.

5. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Term Changes

All content on the magnum888 platform—including logos, interface designs, text, images, software, and code—is the exclusive property of magnum888 or its licensors. Users are prohibited from copying, distributing, republishing, or modifying any platform content without prior written permission.
